Vela Ordo is a website where you can build your own AI helpers.

You don't need any technical skills — just describe the helper you want.

First time here? You need an account. Pick whichever is easiest:

1. Use your Google account.
2. Use email + password.

Click Forgot password, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link.

The app opens in English by default. Switching language is easy:

1. Tap the Me tab — it opens your Account page.
2. Open General Settings.
3. Choose your language.

This General Settings page is also where you log out.

After you log in, you move around using the bar at the bottom of the screen. It has four tabs:

My Squad is home to all your helpers. Here you can:

• Search, tap to open.

Inside a helper's details

• Edit, delete.

This is the heart of the product. Just describe what you want, and the system builds a helper for you.

1. Go to My Squad and tap the + button.
2. Describe the helper you want.
3. Tap Generate Agent.
4. Your agent is ready.

After building a helper, you can fine-tune it anytime. There are two modes:

Normal mode (recommended)

Adjust everything with simple choices — no technical writing needed:

• Name, personality, style, rules, model.

Expert mode (advanced)

Expert mode lets you edit the helper's core instructions directly.

Plug your helpers into the ChatGPT or Claude apps you already use.

1. Open Connect AI and copy the URL.
2. Pick your platform.
3. Paste the URL into its settings.

Voice Agent lets AI join your Teams or Zoom meeting like a real participant.

1. Join a meeting.
2. Pick an assistant type.
3. Pick an expert team.
4. Add meeting materials (optional).
5. Review the transcript afterwards.

If you use Zoom, the Voice Agent can join your meetings as an automated participant to listen and respond by voice.

Adding the app

1. Sign in and link your Zoom account.

Usage — have Vela join a Zoom meeting

1. Join, paste the URL, Vela joins.

Removing the app

1. Unlink.

Choose a plan under the Me tab. Three plans, billed monthly:

Upgrade, downgrade, cancel

• Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, auto-renew.

Manage your cards under the Me tab → Payment Methods.

1. Tap Add Credit Card and enter your details.
2. Complete the bank's 3D verification.
3. Set a default card.

AI Credits work like a prepaid wallet. When your helpers run, the cost is deducted from this balance.

1. See your current balance.
2. Pick a top-up amount and a card.
3. Confirm the top-up.

Billing History lists every payment with date, type, amount, status, and invoice.

The E-Invoice page lists the invoices issued for your payments.

The API Keys page has two tabs: MCP and Model Call. Common actions:

• Create, disable/enable, set limits.

API Usage shows spend, requests, and tokens. You can filter by key.
